HOMABAY COUNTY REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH POLICY, 2026

Pursuant to Article 10(2) [a], 196(1) [b] 174(c) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 87 of the County Government Act, 2012, the Homa Bay County Assembly Committee on Public Health and Medical Services invites members of the public, private sector organizations, interested parties and all stakeholders to submit any representations they may have on the Homa Bay County Reproductive Health Policy, 2026.

The representations may be made orally or by written memorandum in the following manner:

1. Written memorandum may be forwarded to the Clerk, Homa Bay County Assembly, P.O. BOX 20-40300. Homa Bay or hand delivered to the office of the Clerk, Homa Bay County Assembly Building in Homa Bay Town or be emailed here to be received on or before 23rd April, 2026.

2. Public hearings will be held in the Homa Bay County Assembly on 20th April, 2026 from 9:00am-5:00pm. Members of the Public can download copies of the document below.
